During your session, you’ll be seen by a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who will provide compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to your needs.

  • Virtual psychiatric appointments are typically available within 48 to 72 hours after completing the intake process.

  • Yes, virtual appointments are billed the same as in-person visits and are covered by most major insurance plans, including Medicare. We’ll verify your benefits before your first session to ensure you know what to expect.

  • We kindly ask that you provide as much advance notice as possible. Cancellations or missed appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee, based on the policy in effect at the time of booking.

  • Whenever possible, we strive to schedule you with the same provider to maintain continuity of care. If your provider becomes unavailable, we’ll notify you in advance and ensure a seamless transition to another licensed team member.

  • We understand that video visits may feel unfamiliar at first. Our team will support you every step of the way, and your appointment will include time to ask questions, connect with your provider, and get comfortable.   • Yes, our licensed psychiatric providers can electronically prescribe medications following your evaluation. This includes treatment for conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and other mental health concerns. Prescriptions for controlled substances may require additional documentation or safety measures.
